Special Menus for Festive Korea 2018

MOYO presents 2 special menus that are only available during Festive Korea 2018 Season (from October to November).
Chef. Jack prepared:
1. Oysters, dongchimi sauce, pomelos
– Fresh oysters with dongchimi vinagrette, dongchimi dice, and pomelos, dongchimi is naturally fermented radish with vegetables in salty water, so it has natural fizzy and sour flavor, MOYO uses this funky water as vinagrette for fresh oyster from Japan.
2. Spicy soy sauce eggplant (깐풍가지)
– It is fried eggplant with garlic, ginger, Korean green chilli, leek and homemade soy sauce, this dish is one of the popular Koreanized Chinese cuisines such as jajiang-meon, and jjambbong.
