Korean Cultural Center, Taste Library (PMQ) and one of the decent Korean cuisine – BibNHops will collaborate on “Korean Taste”.

One of the curators from Taste Library will visit Busan; experience the local food; come back to Hong Kong and present Korean local food inspired fusion dish with some touch of storytelling.

And for demonstration and cooking class of “Korean Taste”, Executive Chef of BibNHops will be on-board.

A Hong Kong chef will serve Korean dish cooked with Chinese ingredients while a Korean chef will present Chinese dish made with Korean ingredients.
