Lonely Planet also mentioned the unique beauty portrayed by a landscape of skyscrapers in harmony with the hanok rooftops through an impressive photo. In addition, hanbok experience at Gyeongbokgung Palace, food tour at Gwangjang Market, and Templestay in Gangwon-do region were recommended as activities to do while visiting Korea. Lonely Planet did not forget to emphasize PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games expected to be held next year, including a heads up about the new high-speed railway that will make traveling within Korea much more convenient.
